Noobs are no different than pros.
95% of the good players only know how to insult these days and be cocky, beside that nothing else.
I want the old days back when you'd rarely see any person insulting others.
I rather have those hackers and cheaters back than having a game full of haters and insulters like it is now.

For the most part I'm neutral on this subject. I tend to not get involved in the wave of noob calling that I witness in every public room. Although, if someone is doing something stupid and it actually hinders me (wasting time as a sham, not being able to sham an easy map, messing around when I'm out of ices and messing up my builds), then I will point it out. This can lead to me blowing my top off.

But overall, I couldn't care less if other people insult noobs or not. And if anyone still gets offended by the term, then they need to go on a nice, long holiday to 4chan to toughen themselves up.
