I would never believe a random person who just came up to me and said that they were banned unfairly.
However, I would believe a person that I know, that never lies.

No, I don't. Mostly because bans are made by the mods. The mods take things seriously. Also because people lie alot. I doubt someone would get banned for no reason. There is no point of it happening.

Definitely agree with you, sondrina.

To sum it all up, it depends on what kind of person they are and what reason they were banned for. If it was a person who is known to lie a lot and was banned because of spam, I would never trust them. But if it was a person who is trustable, and was banned because of saying someone is too noob to do something, well I would give that person a chance.

Depends on the person. I WAS banned unfairly once, thank god the mod who banned me was understanding and unbanned me after I explained the situation to him. But then again, there are a lot of people who will fake it. If you're a good liar, you can even get away with that.

Depends on the person, if they feel they were banned unfairly, they do not need to tell anyone that isn't a mod/admin.

They need to pm a mod that they were feeling that being banned is unfair.
