I know how discord works I'm on now and there are no voice channels to "talk to friends". The method you're saying is to private call them using the private messages section - which is completely different than voice channels in the server.

I dont see the point in discord if we don't have voice channels. Wouldn't it just be better to get a shoutbox for the communities on the forums? (This is different from the EN Thread - it would be an actual text box with real time messages coming through with it's own set of rules etc..) or why not get a Teamspeak? It has the same functions as Discord - it's free to download - easy to use, but I'm thinking yall chose discord cause it's free to own/manage (unlike TS) and might be easier to manage?

Edit: No_0ne has confirmed there are no voice channels for the server so we cannot actually verbally speak to players in the same community as you.
