They do respond but the time is limited
Each day you send a Message in order to confirm you're the owner and the different time zones makes it hard to communicate with the admins and the off days they take when they're in the middle of a change of someone's account isn't really nice to do.

I recently had a problem and got a reply almost straight away, I would say an 8 now

I think it just depends on the issue because moderators can be quite busy tbh.
