Gravity Falls, mostly for the characters, but also for the plot. Like, a 60/40 split between the characters and plot in favor of the characters. There's also the fan material and extra details within the animation and background.

Currently on SVTFOE and SU, both on hiatus unfortunately. Gravity Falls rn stands as my all-time favorite cartoon show, I love everything about it and will probably rewatch it later. Steven Universe is wonderful, and has a great art community once you filter out the bad stuff

I have 3 primary favorites:
Bunsen Is A Beast: Pretty funny cartoon that's very underrated in my opinion. The characters are my favorite part to be honest.
Amazing World Of Gumball: Makes me laugh quite alot, and it has good characters.
