If people can't handle swearing they shouldn't play this game.

People need to understand that this game was not made to bring in a younger audience like Club Penguin and Animal Jam. This game was made for a general audience, hence why there is no actual language restriction in the game. Also another thing to get straight, this game is not rated PG13 but instead has an age recommendation of 13+ due to the cursing. If you actually read the Terms and Condition then you would realize that you accepted the swearing and risk of having no language restriction upon creating your account.

I don't curse much myself, but I see no point in banning it from Transformice. This game wasn't made with children in mind. True, they still play anyway, but they should learn to accept cursing if they want to play a game not specifically targeted towards children. I almost feel like TFM should have a big notice on the registration screen stating that cursing is allowed on this game, just to help weed out the people who report other plays for cursing.

Also, yes, TFM has a filter, but it doesn't work too well. Users will also always try to find their way around filters. I remember when I played Club Penguin users would always create new spellings of curse words to pass the filters. Not to mention games with strict filters (e.g. Club Penguin) are not as fun in my opinion.

I thought there was an option to disable the filter, so doesn’t that answer your poll?

Well it is reommended as a 13+ game so nah, it does not need filters, but if a kid younger plays it then they can just turn on the language filter.woosh

you cant stop all the ppl from cursing there are many those who wont stop it although they know its bad(everyone knows that btw) if you cant stand it dont play!

Pretty much there are no toddlers playing (this is a 13+ game, and what i mean by 13+ is that some content may not be appropriate for people under 13 yo but you can play still even if ur 1 yo lol) but no matter who we are, we should stop swearing. I dont see any single-digit-aged people playing the game, but who knows! There is a filter but obviously people are taking advantage of it not filtering it out. So, this should come to an end. I am guessing this world needs to be a LOOOOOOT more kid-friendly (yes you can add some un-kid friendly words but not the ones like F*** or B**** or S*** (and does that even count as swearing to others?)) so this game would be allowed for little kids. I dont see any elements in the game that is not kid safe, it is a game where you try to save and help others or wipe out others for fun, but what players say makes it 13+. So SWEARING SHOULD STOP ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!! >:(

PS I am not a grown up but at school everyone swears and i report to others but they dont take action! I an super unpleased! This. Has. To. Stop!

I think it should be allowed. New players should actually read the ToS before they click accept so they know what they sign up for.
