same, this new rule is so weird lmao
and no, the new outfits are not good, i really enjoy more classic and simple items (seriously, how long time have items unrelated to any series, animes or characters been added to the game?)
i really appreciate the changes in the forum and the (new) official topics, congratts to all

This week: the cocktail/sun umbrella is not from any series, anime, or a character. It's an original design
The set before: the fur is a completely original design
July 30th (the set before that): the mărțișor tail item is an original design, and so is the fur
July 16th: the football is not from a series, anime, or a character, neither is the fur
July 2nd: the hair and fur are both an original design and the popcorn is not from a series, anime, or a character

There's plenty of new items being added that are unrelated to external sources, so I'm not sure what you mean.

i'm not sure about what you mean

i said two things about the items
first: i prefer more simpler and classic items (old items style)
and second: it’s been a long time since i’ve seen items that are not related to the series, anime or characters
ok, maybe i overreacted, but seriously you didn't understand it was an expression?
i really hate this kind of comment, the topic has barely been created and people are already starting to fight with each other because their opinions are not the same

There are too many moderators, funcorp and sentinels of the Spanish community, something that seems wonderful to me, but I don't see any new mapcrew team members or updates are almost never seen on them, they almost always see representative mapcrews of other communities, personally I think They should elect more personnel for that specific area who can represent the Spanish-speaking community.

don't forget the only ES's mapcrew doesn't evaluate all map categories

I'm not "disagreeing with you to be inconvenient", I'm correcting the misinformation you're spreading regarding originally designed items and furs (such as the cocktail umbrella, popcorn, and male ombre hair).

If you're looking for a certain design of items you're more than welcome to suggest some both on the official TFM Discord in #suggestions or on the forums in your communities designated suggestion section. Items are currently implemented based off what gets a high amount of traction and support in these two areas.

Please learn that not all comments that disagree with your opinion are meant to start fights. I was simply informing you of several items that fit your criteria of being "unrelated to any series, animes or characters" in case you were unaware that these items existed. Your passive aggressiveness was not appreciated.

the ban of politicians and political slogans/views in profile pictures was so out of nowhere. id love to see a mod or admin’s explanation on why it was put in place (and that’s not meant to be sarcastic or rude). i just don’t understand how having your profile picture be a picture of someone like bernie sanders or having a it be a picture in support of the black lives matter movement, for example, breaks rules. please feel free to enlighten me ^^

It was indeed a difficult choice to make that has been discussed thoroughly before being implemented. The reasoning is that this platform is meant to remain apolitical and that such imagery or content can showcase certain political inclinations. The game's target audience is PG-13 and it was decided it's just not the place to spread political views that can influence a young person's perceptions. Such things are removed as much as possible, rather than punished. It's not viewed as a big offense, only something we'd like to discourage for the reasons mentioned previously.

I agree with the others on the cheese limit, but I understand the cause. Even trading with other players to buy items won't work because every other item has an even lower limit, but I suppose the servers are suffering enough that adding a higher limit would just kill them? It feels bad to lose cheese coins either way. Even though the missions award few by themselves, shaman/survivor/racing coins pile up and we do run out of things to buy with them over time at the village. Perhaps they could be exchanged for XP instead? If so, I feel that would be a greatly welcome feature for the sorts that go for an even amount of first compared to gathered cheese, since they're limited in their leveling up capabality a bit, for example.
Although I believe that would technically also be a way to farm for XP...? Man, I ain't no game designer. I guess they could only be worth like 10xp, just so they player gets something out of it, instead of nothing. I doubt high level rats would have a significant benefit to justify farming either way.

Also - about the politician pics thing. I'm not into politics at all but it certainly feels wrong to limit people like that. I don't like arguments that involve it as much as anyone else, but if anything, it will make people angrier and more prone to do it than just letting the avatars be. Some people take them as pride or as a part of their identity and that measure certainly offended a bunch of people and for good reason.
As mentioned before, that's quite out of character here. I for one always thought marriage in the game was very outlandish and I appreciated it, but then censoring avatars like that? What's going on? If anything, there's an ignore feature. Sure, some people are just too petty to use it, but that's on them. You just can't force maturity on these kinds of fellas. It's the internet afterall.
[Edit] Had written all of this before the post was updated, so I saw chibi's response. I do understand that kind of measure, but transformice has always had a grown up user base alongside its younger audience. These kinds of things are bound to happen, but I suppose it's worse to control on the forums where your avatar is directly attached to whatever you say.. well, I do believe the apolitical nature of it should have been made clear, but considering tribunal and election systems from before it doesn't really fit with the game's history. Things always change however and those are welcome, I just mean to say that the opposition was to be very much expected at this point.

Reporting whispers is a godsend. It's incredibly common for people to whisper you insults just so they don't look bad in public or to feel even more personal. It's also widely used to spread tfm fakes around and scams. I didn't even know that wasn't a thing until now tbh, but I'm extremely happy it is now.
It would be cool if there was also a system for 'judging' these reports in general, kind of like the tribunal from a while ago, with maybe shop cheese rewards for those who got it right, just not in a whole separate room to do so. I've personally seen many just shout and leave the room, and since their #ID's aren't shown in the chat, you don't have a way to report them most of the time. Especially racists on the BR servers.

The weekly modules are a really good addition as well. Hopefully it encourages people to get a bit out of their comfort zones while also doing a great good to the programming community.

I agree with this!

As far as the political icon ban, I don't believe the politics rule goes far enough, honestly. As Chibi said, because the game is targeted toward younger players, moderation should limit the spreading of anything political as it would simply influence the perspective of the younger player. I think this rule should be extended toward discussing politics at all, rather than just not being able to display a political figure as a profile picture. It doesn't quite make sense to restrict only the profile picture without also addressing any political discussion that may arise on the forum/game.

It's a daunting task to moderate such a thing, but I don't think it should be too much of an issue with the report systems in place in-game and on the forum.

Guys, I don't know if someone will answer this question, but:

I really liked the new items inspired in Adventure time, but are they allowed to use this kind of image? I'm seeing a lot of items lately based on things that are not related to the game, and I was just wondering if there is not any kind of law or licenses that they should worry about
