I don’t think restricting the EN server is a good idea. This will definitely lose a lot of players.
I've always spoken english in the EN server and I don't want to be restricted. If someone breaks the rules, there are mods who can mute/ban them!

Time goes by, but Atelier801 stills coming up with restrictive, harsh and useless updates.
As you mentioned, it's an issue which moderators can solve. There's no point in punishing people from whole communities for it.
