People think there's a legal violation? They didn't steal art work, they made it. It does closely reference Transformice, but I do not see anywhere that the mouse itself is a trademarked design. Prove me otherwise.

I think it's cheeky. I think Meli should just give them a quick notice that it's her art. It IS. It's TFM's orginal art. If Disney got one wiff of some other company drawing, oh, IDK, CP penguins for an ad, they'd sue the crap outta them because they CAN. Even if nothing happens, Meli should say something.

I still don't understand why everyone's freaking out, I doubt they knew that the mouse was from Transformice, and it's not like it's official Tfm artwork. It's just fanart. If it's that big of a deal, ask them to take it off of the commercial and be done with it. ;w;
