Moveset:

Leaf Storm
Leech Seed
Dragon Pulse
Protect/Toxic/Glare/Knock Off

I will build about 4 Seperior's with that moveset

or exclusive, find the scanner in the sea mauvile (you find it while diving around in the room which goes down while your diving, and its in the top-right corner)
then go find captain stern, give it him and he'll give you tidal bell, go back to the place you found the scanner and in the place where there was a gap, there should be a portal
