1. Go to menu, Change Password
2. Click the button that says "Change Your Password"
3. Go to your email and copy and paste the code to the box
4. Put in your new password.

And I think it's the same when you do it on the frontpage on TFM.

To get good at making video games, I would say 3-5 years of practicing (College).

Then it's all on whether or not Nintendo hires you, like any other job
