Anyway, the London Bridge child sacrifice thing is that supposedly children were entombed somewhere in an old London Bridge. They were starved until they died. This was because an superstition that if you didn't practice this ritual, then the structure would fall down. The child would act as an 'eternal watchman' for the bridge. Here's a full version of the rhyme
Wtf, I always thought it was about The Great Fire of London. At least that's what I was I taught in school o_O
Now what does this have to do with FNaF? Here's what first came to my mind: the Purple Guy, because he's deranged as fuck, practiced this ritual because Freddy Fazbear's Pizza would fall down if he didn't? And the Missing Children do sort of act as 'watchmen all night'.

uh, Scott thought purple was an appropriate color? Not much to discuss there...
Maybe because it’s the same color as Bonnie

Lol it's a bit of a joke. I once heard this: Purple is colour of royalty. So this symbolises that the Purple Guy is someone at the top in the company (Fazbear Entertainment). As in, he's the CEO or something. There's definitely shadiness and corruption at Fazbear Entertainment.
I think that people look a tad bit TOO deep into things.
