If you meet the requirements, all you have to do is to talk to a recruiter.
You might want to watch at least one pewdie (it'd be better with more <333) before joining. I can't really say that you can't join, since I'm not really a part of the tribe anymore. However, it'd be nice if you knew something about the main part of the tribe.
If you meet the requirements, you can try to contact a recruiter in-game.
