Well, this depends on your opinion of safe. I mean, in most of these games you can probably find people cursing, saying bad things things etc.

I have one safe game other than those you listed I know of,
It's called kidzworld.com they block out curse words and they have moderators in all the chats,
They must also approve of your profile picture(s) and videos before they allow you to upload them.
This may seem very restricting but trust me this site is very fun and it's espically fun for the younger people
such as my little cousins. THIS IS A VERY SAFE SITE I GET ON IT AND MY PC WORKS JUST FINE.
And you can also ignore people and ban/report them if they try to do anything.
