nah staring i dont think is considered harassment but it's creepy as fuck nontheless

i was on a bus once and this creepy old man was staring me down
and we got off the same stop
and i was walking to where the mall was and he stayed near where we got off
but he kept staring at me.
i looked back and he was leaning over the rail to stare at me
