The chance that I get my feelings hurt is pretty rare.
Basically I'll just insult the hell out of them if it's that THAT severe.

I don't get hurt because i got noone to hurt me , simple as that

i explain to them what their doing and why there do it... if it doesn't work i'll say the golden rule: treat other the way you want to be treated :3 then i slap the stupidness out of them

if its my friends just stop being their friend and never forgive them
if its another person well that never happened from what i can remember

depends on how severe it is
usually ill forget about it in an hour, but if i do remember ill just cry or something

Ignore them. send them a death glare, or just flat out say "Well shut up"
