1.Snowy. Calm down.. Next time, If a Pokemon is going to run away, Put it in your party so it recieves clicks, Click Pokerus. And buy Lemonades, Soda Pops and Soothe Bells and gave them to your Pokemon. It'll improve it's happiness. Oh and if you don't wanna put it in your party, Just put it in a field it likes. (It's type) or a ??? field. You can buy fields in th shop. For example, Put Spiritomb in a Ghost type field, since that's it's primary type.

2. Farm page >> Go to field >> right click pokemon >> choose field >> OK ! Done

Well if you don't want them you could always leave them in the shelter, trade, or even put them in the spin wheel game to gain AC (amulet coins)...after they hatch of course
