Quality of content has gradually gotten worse the more popular dota 2 gets. And of course dota 2 has DotaCinema top plays which is significantly more popular.

Is there any changes for Balanar The Night Stalker?

The mechanical balance between games is almost identical, so any changes to heroes etc is just visual.

pl optimal random, hes not op though, just a pain in the ass

OD is probably gonna be nerfed, but hes not that bad. He had like 100% pick/ban rate at TI3 but a really shitty win rate. He's just a strong hero, win lane, get ~12 minute mek, rek face.

PL late game if he has good farm and a bunch of illusions to fuck you up and then OD fucking with you early game with that prison completely dumbing you down that you cant even cast a spell
