Probably Dark Pit from Kid Icarus: Uprising since he's pretty cool. or Pit, either or.
But being a Lucario, Piplup or Zoura from pokemon would be pretty cool too.

I'd probably be Rom from Hyperdimension Neptunia. Besides being a mage, having transforming powers and the like, I don't have to do high-end government work all day like her older sister and I would also have someone near me all the time who really cares about how I feel and treats me as such.
