If anything, I can say it gets more manageable.

For like 6 months maybe I would always get panicky after 6 pm. So I'd make sure I never ate past 6 pm, and at 8 I'd take melatonin or drink warm milk to make me sleepy so I wouldn't be up all night. But yeah it was something that would always happen no matter what?

But now I don't get that anymore! I realized after a while 'hey wait I don't get panicky every night, hey wait I was able to eat something at 10 pm and sleep normally!!!'
You definetly do learn different little things that help you relax, and you tolerate different triggers a whole lot better.

So even if it really sucks for you right now, it does get gradually more managable!

for the 3 years of my anxiety I have never thought of drinking warm milk, all I know is that it's supposed to calm you down or something
as for relaxing that's the thing that I have trouble with since I am doing something for most of my life and if i'm not I am sleeping for 2-3 hours
but I'm feeling better which is good and i hope that everything in life will go better as well
