In my opinion, it doesn't taste very good. I bit of a gritty, grainy texture that tastes like a very bland, like a piece of talc in water. A subtle, weak taste of bitter and a hint of nature's loving earth. PB&J, Tea, and Vietnamese sandwiches are still the best.
