Oh lots of things. Manely memories though.

But, I've got a big teddy bear that used to be my size (I'm taller now uvu) so I would dress it (even the underwear.. *weirdo*) and then i would run around the garden and the house with it and pretend it was my twin sister. I'd also put it on the swing and push it, and when it would fall of i would pick it up huggle it and give it a kiss and say "It's ok, you'll just have a bruise" and sometimes I would run inside get some plasters and ice. :p

that's what I would do with my pillow except for put it on a swing. Instead I would pick it up if it fell and kiss it so much and whisper "Ish ok" and rock right to left with it in my arms.
