How do you calm yourself down when you're angry?

I usually just draw tbh.

Annoy my mum or go on my phone

Eat chocolate.

Just dont think about it. Try to think about happy things or do something other then be angry.

xD Znader and what I do is I just ragequit for 5 seconds then just play pokemon tower defense or another hobby.
