Judging by what you guys are saying, it isn't worth fighting your parents over something small. I think you guys should step up and just deal with some of these things because most of the time they do have your best interest in mind.

When i get just alittle dirt on my mom's new car: Mom: "EMILY STOP TRASHING MY CAR" me: omg it is just a tiny bit of dirt.. It will easily come off with a wet paper towel.. Mom: How do you know that? And i don't want this car to get trashed like the other one" And she does the same thing when i spill a tiny drop of water, and when i get crums on the couch

She just freaks out when anyone gets anything a tad dirty... she is such a clean freak...

My parents are okay, besides the fact that they constantly remind me that I was a mistake.

But, parents like that are better than no parents at all.

I do respect my parents a lot. And I understand what you're saying. But when they use it over and over again, it's like the only excuse they ever have. Not only that, but my parents are extremely childish and disrespectful towards me. So I should have some right to be angry at them.

the only reason that this is being said is because the majority of the thread is a congregation of ten year olds complaining about how "mean and nasty XD" their parents are when in reality their posts just make them sound like snobby little kids

Me and dad were arguing about school, then the enraging comment came. "And you may meet a boy who wants to kiss ya."

That angered me SOOOO much!!! Though I didn't show it, I was in pure rage. I was luckily eating Pringles, so I stuck my tongue out and said "Nope!" with my tongue covered in mushy chip pieces.

I want dad to NEVER bring up any matter of that sort ever again!!

I can't think of anything mom said, though. Except "No, you can't eat that chocolate bar yet." LOL
