I personally see white and gold but it's actually blue and black in real life. People are seeing it differently because we visualize a different light setting outside of the picture. If you think of the dress in a darker setting, then it'll appear blue and black, but if you perceive it to be in a lighter setting, then it'll appear as white and gold. It also depends on the type of device we view it on and the brightness of our screens. And no it has nothing to do with being color blind lol
