I only eat it Rare or medium rare. Anything else and it's ruined in my opinion.

It depends. I've mostly had medium and medium rare, sometimes rare/blue rare on occasion so I can't speak for the other options. But I believe I'd go with medium rare. Imo it depends a lot on what's served to the steak as well. Blue rare might be the worst I've ever had, sadly it wasn't an option to turn it down. :P

Rare/medium rare is the best! I feel that cooking it anything more than that is overcooking :p

I'm not that big on meats, but rare steak is my jam, anything more than medium rare is usually too dry, imo

This could be applied to any steak. These are just the names given to the steak depending on how long it was cooked, its temperature, and the color of the center
