I'm going to say this plainly. That is the stupidest thing I have ever read on these forums in relation to anything worth talking about. It is just absurd. Can you actually explain how it is illegal and why it would be?

I do think that, provided they can understand what we're talking about or don't mind it being spoken about. Frankly, it shouldn't matter as they will learn about it eventually.

if ppl aged 18+ are uncomfortable talking abt stuff like that in front of minors thats their business. u cant force them to automatically be ok w it just bc "oh, kids'll learn about it eventually" or "so what? they can still understand it"

What would make you think it's okay? And "lol kids will learn eventually/when they're older" is not a good answer.

I'm pretty sure not suitable for young audiences means mature, gory, sexual themes, and unsuitable content. Swearing and cussing is hardly unsuitable material for children these days and these people know that, so what're you going on about Sarkazm?

I'll be frank, we've talked about a lot of sexual situations in my tribe's chat. It's not suitable for children. It's illegal for children to be exposed to X-rated material, relating to sex. Sorry for not being clearer.

Managing Tribes is a choice.
And if Chosen, The manager(aka leader) chooses the rules he wants for the tribe, If the tribe was for mature players, then they make an age limit of 18 years or make a maturity test (lol)
Inappropriate Behavior excluded ? Making sure to add that in the requirements.
Looking for one member's comfort ? Add gender, name and hobbies to the application, so that members never feel misgendered or mistaken for other players (•[Abdeltif] Is Haru online ? oh wait he just diconnected . •[Angryperson] IT IS A SHEEE!!!!)
Want only some professional mappers in the tribe ? yeah, You have to add that, or else you'll end up with 10 years old asking you how did you make that rotated wood in the map editor .

Basically It totally depends on the tribe theme that you make your requirements
but I think name and gender are Vital for most tribes as the lovely group of Warrior cat readers is made of members, and it's with members you make a good tribe so it's better not to misgender that person again ( hehe )

Some tribes, I'm sure, are created with the name of something that someone loves and may really want to talk about it a lot. Similar interests help people bond. For example, a "NARUTO RULZ!" tribe will obviously enjoy Naruto and possibly other anime. They could list it in their description or application that naruto and anime talk is encouraged and is something people should expect within tribe chat.

If this is true then The Furry Revolution would easily be the worst place on the internet and i'm terrified for any kids applying.
