• I really don't care for the room chat unless there's a very interesting discussion going on.
• even if some whisper conversations are short (and nobody's really active in my tribe, so that's why I don't use tribe tabs), I still put them in whisper tab until it's pretty much dead.

I close the server tab though. I never use it at all.

I use tabs all the time, mostly whisper tabs, the tribe tab and different chat tabs depending on the situation. Reasons about that is that I like having everything organized, if I'll go AFK I'll be sure I'll never miss a conversation/status of someone's activity and I can keep track of who's talking to me at the same time without getting lost or forgetting someone, especially when a lot of people on my friendlist are online! ♥

I dislike whisper tab, I hate the alerts. Especially for tribe. I miss when I could /mt. Now it's all tabs, hence why I created my own tribe for myself and why I rarely ever whisper people, it's so annoying!!! I hate this game feature!!!
