I've been to Six Flags like three times, two times in the last few years (my middle school participated in the Music in the Parks event). My seventh grade year was fun, didn't ride any roller coasters though. My eighth grade year (last year) was even more fun, since I decided to actually go on the roller coasters. I went on Superman, X-Flight, Goliath, you name it. Pretty much everything. It was a blast!

Koopafan a dit :

I actually just was at Six Flags (IL) and went on Goliath.
Goliath is so freakin' different from any coaster, and it's so smooth too.
It has a single 180 degree vertical drop, and actually does a few loops, but the loops actually sustain upside down longer.
Funny thing is, X-Flight was my first roller coaster with loops in it, yet I went on Goliath as my second choice. Hell yeah, man.

And at one point it was like 10 pm (my sis and I had passes, so we were able to stay 'til Midnight) and my sis and I decided to go on Batman. That exhausted me for the rest of the night. Batman has two exterior loops, and two corkscrews. Not only that, but in order for us to get on Raging Bull a second time, the wait was 90 minutes. So instead we just went on Viper, but I had to say it was a real fun day =)

Honestly, I'm not one for amusement parks, but one time at Disneyland I got so hot I dumped two of those little fan-water bottles all over myself and looked like I was sitting out in the rain for days.

I actually went to my first roller coaster amusement park earlier this year for a school trip.... let's just say it wasn't fun... at all.
The first ride we were forced to go on was really fast and had lots of turns, and during the whole ride I clamped my mouth shut because my stomach felt really bad and I was afraid that if I opened it, vomit would fly out. I had my eyes opened the whole time, though.
There were two more rides after that, and I remember towards the end of the third ride, my palms were super sweaty from fear and I was holding on to the holding-bar-thing for dear life. After that, I felt really, REALLY nauseous and stopped going on any rides after that, even the water rides.

So yeah, I'm never going back to one anytime soon. ><
