Not everyone will reach level 100. Level 100 would mean you saved over 230,000 mice. Which only a handfull of people have done.

Well I did say "Trapped" and not "Immobilized".

I fear a lot of points, like this, have been rationalized and I understand they can be missed in a huge discussion so lets begin anyways.
Where do you find wings?
On birds, bees, penguins, etc..
Now lets focus though specially on the birds and penguins.
Birds can fly but can penguins?
No.
But could penguins fly?
Possibly.
In my previous examples I demonstrated the bumblebee.
It has wings but due to its body mass, it cannot or even supposed to fly but how?
It has adopted a system of muscles that allow it to fly.
So in short, wings do not always equate to flying.
Though if the administrators wanted something that actually glides why not, say, a parachute?
I think from there it crosses into what they feel like actually gives good aethetics to the skill.
Maybe they felt that parachute would draw away from the Shaman too much since other skills that affect the Shaman do not require actions that extend from the Shaman and possibly requiring more animating labor.
Instead it is just simple clips of say teleporting or projecting etc..
Look at Rocket Scientist for example, they would have given a rocket strapped to the Shaman animation so what gives?
And wings are yet to be seen for gliding, for animals that do glide use webbed skin and bones to give an effect similiar to the parachute.
