So a few days ago, Scott trolled everyone so badly. He said that he had been hacked and someone had released an early beta of FNaF 3 for free. And then he said that as a result, FNaF 3 was cancelled. Lots of FNaF fans genuinely believed that the game was cancelled and declared a manhunt on the hacker. It's funny because few actually checked the download link Scott gave. Turns out the game was anything but FNaF 3, rather a silly and really hard but pretty fun game. Scott later revealed that day that it was all a big joke. Anyway, here's where it all happened (and the download link for the 'troll FNaF 3 game'):

This troll FNaF 3 game's honestly pretty addictive. Seems Scott's not just good at making horror games.
Btw, the Steam Greenlight is where to go for completely official, 'from Scott' updates on FNaF 3.

Free roam would be great, it would however ruin the game's style. A good pro is that it could easily add to the horror factor, a con, it would ruin game style and perhaps cause fans to be unsatisfied.

So if purple represents royalty, and the Purple Guy is supposedly "royal" or rather a higher ranked employee, why would he be the Phone Guy? I mean, it's pretty obvious that he was working as a night guard on the phone messages, but would a higher ranked employee, such as CFO or CEO, really be risking his life, especially if he KNEW he was? And for what?

My record on FNaF 3 troll version so far is Level 29.

Yeah, free roam would make FNaF no different from Slender or almost every other horror game. It would be a hide and seek-ish game. However, it would be cool if there could be a well-made fangame which has free roaming. I think the FNaF Gmod does that.

I think Phone Guy does hold an important position in the company. If you remember the Game Theorists video, he refers to the lowly staff as 'they' as though he is not one of them. But when talking about making important business-related stuff, like employing, he says 'we'. Another thing is that he's clearly worked at Freddy's for a long time, he knows place and characters and how they function fluently. Why does he take the night-shift? God knows, he's a clearly a very messed up person if he's the Purple Guy. One idea is that perhaps he was confident he'd survive, if he knows how the animatronics function so well and he did last 6+ years as a security guard.
Forget about the purple=royalty thing though, that was pretty dumb.

Don't worry, I'm sure that's not his only role. He wasn't in the FNaF 1 trailer either.
