Trust me, you probably seen 2 or 3 people with the similar drawing style, at least 1 of them traced the other.
If the picture was fully colored and someone traced it, consider that art theft..

mimicking art styles =/= tracing, nor does it mean it is traced. your art style is common, doesn't mean you traced, did you? (and if you did, then that's just wrong)
just because it's your point of view doesn't mean it's right.

before anyone really attacks me, im not saying art theft is good. Its pretty much bad, but people trace others drawing style to improve their own drawing skill.

if someone blatantly traces someone else's art and then posts it online and says that its their art or without getting permission from the original creator to do so its art theft.

I used to trace over biology textbook pics of animals to improve my anatomy skills but obviously didn't post those pictures anywhere, it was just practice

While tracing is a good way to learn, you shouldn't be sharing it as your own art. It's for practice, not for showcasing. If you showcase it, it either means you are the original creator or you have permission from the original creator to showcase it online. Why would you showcase your homework?
