If you use iOS:
I think at that point you'd have to connect a credit card to your JP iTunes account. Money would get converted into JPY so you shouldn't have a problem.

Though I think if you don't live in Japan but have a credit card belonging elsewhere that's been hooked onto the iTunes that could be violating Apple's policy?
I wouldn't be too sure.

Some people usually use only around 8 gems, but I'm trying to get tier 1.

How are people moving so fast!? I'm going to have to dedicate more than five hours to playing today if this keeps up.
