Your point is? They could both be in the same group. There is a greater chance that this was a group plan, considering him AND his brother must not be both mentally unstable.

If you haven't noticed, this isn't the time or place for sarcasm like that. Also, it seems to me that you care quite a deal about this killer and you're acting like he should get 5-Star treatment no matter what he did or no matter where he goes.

It is a valid point nonetheless. Now that someone is in custody everyone can hold someone accountable for what happened.

Considering the trauama he's been through, I'm just taking a wild guess that he's now psychologically challenged.

Since he's under arrest, he's guilty, and not innocent.
