Needs are things necessary for survival. Last time I checked, a bunch of pixels isn't necessary for survival.

i know right . They eather need to play the forgoten desert alot and or have a good friend or somthin if they want it that badly.

I also agree, there are some people who spend hours trading or playing the forgotten desert for a spike and they wouldn't just give to someone for absolutely nothing unless it's friendship or something like that

ehh and if i scam a spike (which i would not do), it is against the aj rules.. and the ppl can report me for doing it, which means i will get banned. if i am banned then i will not be able to play aj and enjoy my spike.

That's the point. It's just pixels.

But, if you want one so badly, you can get rare items in hard mode adventures (depending on the adventures) and try trading for one, OR just go for it and play the Forgotten Desert for a chance.

You can still use gloves and swords. And spike bands can work, I think. Also, you can easily hide from the phantoms too.
Spike collars and bands can be purchased in the diamond shop, too. Just save up on diamonds, hope you can get it on the daily spinner, purchase a gift card (or diamons through the aj outfitters) and wait for Tuesday's if you're a member.
Not owning a certain item in a children's game will not ruin your life or have a giant impact on your life. It's just a game and it doesn't mean anything in real life.
Just like your profile picture shows, it's a spike. But it's nothing but a bunch of pixels in a kid's game online.

Just wanted to put some input on that.
