and wanted to threaten him. Maybe tigerstar meant to kill bluestar or killed redtail for a good purpose. So in some way, tigerstar was maybe trying to be loyal.

I doubt it.
TigerSTAR was killed by his own ambition!
If he did see the future, he would have saw his own death in the vision.
There, he would have done something to stop death from coming.
Tigerstar was never loyal from the start, though he thought he was.

He even said to his father when getting his nine lives as said in Warrior Cats - The Ultimate Guide: "Because you left to be a kittypet! At least I tried to be loyal to my clan unlike you! I never needed your help!"
He thought he was loyal? Psh, yeah right!
