Um, I sorta need someone to help me with this whole situation...
The Situation: (lol)
My best friend is really upset/depressed, she thinks that everyone is upset because of her and that she should just stop talking altogether. I know it sounds pretty ridiculous but I am really worried because I have never seen her like this and I don't know who to talk to or what to do. :(
What makes it 100000 times worse is the school gave us this talk about suicide (they do it every year) and I looked at her and her face was, well, I dont know it was sorta like she had this idea that she SHOULD suicide. :'(
She is normally loud, confident, funny and bubbly. Never like this. :( Someone please tell me what to do! There are people at the school (support staff) that I could talk to but then she would never trust me again. :(
