Mama is probably more creepy than scary. It's a very good movie though and I would highly suggest on watching it. :)

Sixth Sense isn't a horror, really. Not particually scary, either.

Most "horror" movies suck. One that comes to mind is Hide and Seek.
I haven't seen it since it was released, though.
