My family doesn't mind me not liking food, I just go to the kitchen and throw it up in the trash.

I throw up while I bang my head against the wall

Spit it out

slowly chew and let it becoming slower and slower, making my "ewww" face

i cringe and backflip out of the room

Eat it very quickly then I taste nothing.

Spit it out, then find water to clean out the taste from my mouth.

Spit it out or hold my nose and try to choke it down (I use milk to wash the taste out)

I keep it in my mouth till no one's looking and I spit it out really fast. (It doesn't take a while for people to look away for me to spit it out)

Munch through it , swallow it quick, chug on whatever drink I have. While I munch thought, I stare off in my imaginary world and try not to taste it.

I try to swallow using any drink in reach.
If I can't swallow, I spit it in the garbage.
Sometimes I'll swallow it and hurl it back up.
