Meli I say just inform them that the comercial is copyright and they need to remake/remove it it's pretty simple imo, if they refuse that would be the time to sue though imo.

I dont think anything HARDCORE (suing) should be done, I guess the most sensible thing to do would just be to inform them and see what their reply would be and how they will deal with this..

It's fine as long as people from the extreme young side (5 years and below) don't play this game.It will influence them to swear too much.

If they reply to Meli just like they do it to their customers (AKA being bitchy) you should sue them.

This could be the most wise thing imo.Why to cause problems with sueing and things, I don`t see the use of getting that complex.Copyright infrigment is not good, but even so...

The refrence was probably a fanart of Transformice on the drawing and they didn't look at the name of what the person of the art called it.
It is possible Disney violated the rules of Copyrighting, but i'm sure Sydo will see the commercial, then contact them about the situation. I say we shouldn't worry about it, since it's not our buisness, it's more likely the Transformice Teams buisness to see it.
Either way, we should contact Sydo and tell her, I'm sure she'd do something if Disney didn't ask, but, it was probably just a mistaken fanart they thought they should of used, then they didn't research.
We are Transformice Players,. so we can tell when we see our mice, general people do not.

I think that there's a reason why on youtube, they have an uploader approval comment. this is way copyright, those cheaters for money! Then when people just look at that, they don't know anything about that and think it's real. infringement copyright... why did they do that...

but how is anyone going to be able the post on thier youtube vid? when i posted about it, it said: uploader approval needed. if yanyone complains about this like heaps of times and they don't allow the comment onto the thing heaps of times, that can lead to one answer. they did the on purpose. 2 answers. 1 copyright infringement. thats all it takes. lets try it. i'm going to post youtube video here.

Lol, well they only put the best art on the commercials, so I guess thats kind of a copied compliment c:
But yeah, you could probably just ask them to remove it. I don't know anyone who waits for these commercials anyways. The kid that drew it would be sad, but its your animation anyways. I just found it really weird that right after I saw that there was a mouse with a balloon added to the homepage.
