It took me about a week :P

2-4 weeks. I started typing a little bit faster than I usually did in 3rd grade, and now I'm in the 4th grade, and believe me, I type like a cheetah running. All the kids in my class ask me "how do you do it?????"

that's a great question cuz i have absolutely no idea. i started typing fast after i got an email. xD i tried learning like a year before but no. didnt work.

around 3rd grade , i used this typing program , nd i played the piano wheni was in kindergarten and right now my average wpm is around 100

In 6th grade I was the fastest in the class, but I wasn't that fast. I type over 100-120 now, which is pretty fast. I'd say about maybe 3 years after first touching a computer.

I still type pretty slow but i guess it took me like 3 years to get to the speed i have now

Hmm. like 3-4 years back I took about 10 minutes to type a paragraph, and like a minute and a half seconds to type "Avatar the last airbender" on Google. Now, I type 104 words per minute :D

I'm pretty sure it was when I was typing things like "watch me write fast" and then spammed hi yay lol fast chocolate six five four constantly
and then after a day I was typing long sentences in like under 2 minutes.

As soon as I started using the home desktop (probably 5 years old at the time maybe 6?), my parents pushed me towards all these typing games. The first two months of me playing on the computer literally just consisted of me playing typing games and I remember taking typing tests every day to see my progress. I was so happy once I'd reached 70 WPM within a month.

It took me probably a year and a bit to be able to type over 90 WPM easily; now I type at around 120-130WPM. I still take typing tests every day. x3

Held record for fastest typer in my school for about a year. :') I didn't do a lot of typing until fourth grade and Moshi Monsters wasn't exactly the exercise i needed so my typing got better around that time... Typing FAST just came naturally.
