I don't like girls who wear make-up, even lipstick I don't really like, maybe some blush or eye liner is ok, but even with that in small amounts, most guys I know actually complain about make-up, I don't see why girls wear it, imo it makes them somewhat uglyer (not trying to be insulting to anyone)
