though yeah i think so too, so you don't have to grind so much for each level gap

also more dungeons would just be fun
maybe a cloudy dungeon with lots of water with flying and water types
or a dungeon full of mushrooms with bug type and poison types
or an abandoned powerplant full of steel and electric types
