No, simply because inappropriate usernames have never been allowed and they can't use the name change feature to break the rules.

I don't like this, in Argentina 1500 fraises are $750, it's too expensive! In my opinion, this change is unnecessary. If you are going to do this, reduce the prices of fraises or the cost of the change.
