because he shot at the cops and had grenades etc if you were innocent that wouldnt happen

also that guy that was a "mistake suspect" (if you dont know they though they had the guy but Obama was trying to get him deported) they think he is Osama Bin Ladin's son, or at least I've heard onn the news

Of course, it's a rather popular opinion that the older one dragged the younger one into it. He's innocent in the sense that he was only an accomplice, he didn't do most of it. (Many of his family members said they never expected it too)
