I've been replaying Melee's single-player stuff a lot recently and I think I prefer it over Ultimate's single-player.

Like yeah, route theming and glorious voice-acted cutscenes are cool but.... idk, Ultimate's feels super hecking tedious to complete

It's probably just nostalgia but hearing the Melee announcer say "race to the finish!" gives me life
