you might want to consider pikachu, that's how i got through her gym
or a bellsprout or whatever

tfw u actually liked pansear/simsear

i couldn't handle playing gen 5 myself since the camera angles constantly switching, along with the graphics and the constant unneeded wide angle camera shots gave me a horrible headache every time I picked up the game. I think I got as far as the bug gym and then I quit it for good. Even though I love gen 5's story, i just can't stand to play the games myself.

but i did choose the water starter and i got a pansear and he was adorable idk why he and his evolution are getting so much hate
