If you're old enough, you should try taking some water pills to get rid of extra weight. (it doesn't get rid of your actually fat, but it does make you look more slim and fit into skinny jeans easier.) |

I eat when I get anxious and I have an axiety disorder. So I'm always anxious. I'm not fat, though. Chubs are adorable btw |

Do the 500 diet. It's when you eat 500 calories a day for once a week. I think 5 hours of exercise can get rid of 1000 calories, or something stupid. So my advice is to cut out fat and sugar. Avoid fat-free foods as this is just as bad, or worse than no fat free. Also, 1 banana contains 7 tea spoons of sugar, and the daily amount of sugar intake is 5... My great grandmother (sadly passed now) used to eat nothing but fruit since she was African and they ate a lot of fruit, she was very overweight because of how loaded fruit are with natural sugar. I mean, you shouldn't just cut fruit out of your diet, still have fruit daily, but limit the intake... Exercise, on the other hand, should be done atleast 3 times a week. Even if you just run up and down the stairs, that would count for daily exercise.... |

My family and I do juicing. My mom has like 3 juicers. One is a professional juicer,a slow juicer,which squeezes the fruit/veggies/greens and makes juice. It's really healthy. My dad did juicing for a long time. 2 months I think. He worked out a little bit and he I've reached 120 lbs and I want to get back down. I manage to lose weight while I'm trying to gain weight. How, why. But yeah limit how much you eat but make sure you do eat blahblah. Don't over do it. Keep track of calorie intake. I never pay attention to any of that ever, though. |

EATING DISORDER MENTION AND MENTIONS OF ED RECOVERY hello everyone! so this is the complete oppisite of the thread, but it has to do with weight so im posting it here. can someone tell me effective and healthy ways to GAIN weight? iv been recovering from my eating disorder for a while mentally but i keep losing weight and its starting to worry me. any tips or helpful links? |
