Oohohoohoh, you reminded me of my old house on my old world that got deleted by my 4 year old brother. I was like, "Nu. Nupe."
It had 2 stories, an indoor pool, hidden rooms everywhere, an arcade, and an attic. It was amazing... it took me forever to do, too. It even had one of those porches that when around the house.
But I'm happy with the house I have now that's built into a tree[:
It's awesome. I even named my dogs because my texture pack let's me see a difference in them, and I had so much diamond that I made a diamond block and put it on a wood slab so it looks like a floating diamond c:

Wow i made it so big! To get up i put some ladders!
I made it with 2 floors, in floor one theres a furnance, a large chest and a small chest.
On floor two i made a bed, and on other room, (chest room) are some chests, i will keep working on this, now i have to

STEEL: You can't, but you can make flint & steel by putting iron and flint [from gravel] on a crafting table.
COAL: I just find it in caves :o.

and I agree, obsidian is tricky to find. Luckily I found a whole thing of it! But it takes forever to mine, anyways x-x.

I heard to make obsidian you will need to put water in lava and then it freezes (lava) and then dig the freezed lava and collect it , obsidian!

Yeah, but before you do that, you gotta block out all the lava so you don't get burnt to death :o.

Omg! That's happened to me D:
That's why I have Too Many Items mod. Whenever I get lost, I cheat and switch to creative and dig upwards until I find the surface, then FLY HOME<3
