if you're modding the game, it could cause it to be crashing because it's adding on extra files. when you run the game, does your CPU go up to 100? if it does, then you might benefit from not playing, unfortunately.

i know it's not the best answer, but since you didn't specify what you were doing/if the crashing is a constant, repetitive cycle, try the old method of restarting your computer. if that doesn't work, maybe uninstalling and reinstalling will help, especially if you unknowingly tampered with important files. it might help if you give us a little more information about why it crashed, like if you're modding the game and stuff :')
